Portuguese Lavender - Contessa Tutorial

FUN FACT: The national flower of Portugal is the Lavender! Unexpected right? It seems so Margaret Thatcher 'Old English Countryside', BUT instead it’s a spicy little Portuguese number. Infusing Portugal's HOT Piri Piri and Lavender flower vibes, we have created a spicy purple look that channels 90’s 'Jenny from the Block'. This tutorial focuses on bold brows, a purple block colour eye and a signature JLo nude lip.
